Using Array Studio and Array Server, follow along as a microarray dataset is fully analyzed, visualized, and published to the server. Using results from the analysis, find other projects from the public domain (GEO and ArrayExpress) that show over representation using Array Server’s List Analysis function. Easily query over 5,000 projects in a matter of seconds and return presentation and publishing level graphics. Array Studio’s interactive modules allow easy data interrogation, both on the project level and the server level. A fully customizable server pipeline for the management and normalization of data will be demonstrated, along with Array Server’s modules for handling and management of raw data.
