Maintenance
Maintenance, support and upgrades are included in annual licenses and the first year of multi year licenses. For multi year licenses subsequent years are invoiced directly at 20% of the then perpetual list price.
Upgrades are released on a quarterly basis for in house installations and weekly for web portal access.
